Having rich experience and knowledge from working with lots of apparel brands and optical corporations for their OEM projects as an optical designing company since our establishment in 1984, JAPONISM was launched in 1996 as BOSTON CLUB’s first original brand. It is now one of the leading optical brands in Japan with highest standard of production techniques by skilled craftsmen from the city of Sabae, where we BOSTON CLUB is based. Its design is neat and elegant yet has massive presence, functionality and utility are combined into natural shape and embody the concept of that “Japanese Modern". JAPONISM has a wide range of frame material such as titanium, bamboo, wood, carbon fiber and gold to express its design in the best way. Also nose pad and hinge, the most important parts to offer comfortable fitting are our original design and are patented. JAPONISM continues to develop its brand by introducing new lines, PROJECTION in 2012 and Sense in 2014.
